if i install the skunk two manfiold on my gsr the vtec should sound louder like on the civic si right??? cause its only a single stage and not dual

and if anyone has installed one on this motors was it hard or can u offder any tips???

 

VTEC is loud, like an ITR, but not obnoxiously loud

 

if you just want that VTEC sound, toss on a header, high-flow cat and a cat-back exhaust.

I hear mine even without a high-flow cat.

I like the sound of the dual runners at 6700+ too much to even think about getting rid of it anyway

 

I'm going through the install right now. All I know so far is you will have to lenghten the IAC connector so it will reach, get a longer PCV hose, and you mught have to use washers to mount your fuel rail. At least I had to, but some people don't. Install is pretty straight forward.
