is it possible for me to fix urethane bumper

i know their are places that are suppose to be able to fix it like bumper international but can i do it fu#%ing deer

It's not worth fixing, and will never be as strong. That doesn't look like urethane either.

That bumper look like garbage, it does look like rigid plastic and not a urethane type. Def. not worth it.
