timing belt cover?
I had someone come over to do the timing on my car. When you advance the distributor a 1/8 then the car starts to idle fine, when you put it bcak the car just keeps stalling. I didn't have the cover on my engine but i recently bought the top, the middle and the bottom cover for my d16. He said i needed the lower cover to do the timing?? I do not see any marks on the lower timing belt cover?
Can someone show me a picture?
Thanks

That is for a D16Y8, and the D16Z6 is the same spot, the timing should be 16 degrees +/- 2, since that damn bubble covered it up.
Make sure to jump the SCS connector before you set your timing, engine has to be fully warm as well.
