on a friends car he is using a full race top mount w/a full race 4" down pipe and an ebay aftermarket alluminum radiator...just wondering what fan most of you guys use...and do u put the fan in front or behind the radiator..there looks to be little to no room back there
i'm not familiar with the setup exactly....how much room do you have between the radiator and the dp? Most slimfans are pretty small so you should be able to fit something in there....i have a 12" on mine. It fit nicely when i had my topmount. If you need, you could always do a small pusher/puller setup w/ 10" fans

theres very little to no room without it hitting the downpipe..i have to go pick up a friends slim fal fan...and see what happens...i guess my main question should have been does it keep ur car cool...its a fulll race top mount, t4pt67..full race 4''dp..gsr motor in an ek
Switch to a pusher and put it on the front of the rad. I've got the Hayden that comes with the peakboost kit, and even with the stock rad it has no problem keeping the car cool.

Beat me to it, put it on the front. 3 inch barely clears a fan on some setups so a 4 would sit even closer .
