Default ZC Swap questions

I just got a 91 hatchback and Im gonna do an engine and trans swap with the 88 integra 1.6L. Does anyone know any good sites to order after market parts for it? before I decided to do the swap I was gonna get everything from prociviv.com or will the parts match up on the integra engine as well? Might be a stupid question but this is my first honda project car. Thanks

That motor is NOT a ZC motor. Its a D16a1 motor and will not bolt into an 88-91 Civic/CRX. None of the mounts will line up.

Now somebody will get on here and tell you they put one in their car but its not worth all the work it would take to put in a motor with only 10 more HP than an Si motor.

Thanks, Like I said this is my first honda so Im just getting familiar with it. My last project was an 89 Supra. But yea the guy up the street said the 1.6 DOHC engine and trans from the integra would fit right in and said it would be around 50 more horse. So I got the Civic DX 1.5 SOHC in your opinions what engine would you swap it with? or would you just use that one. I was thinking of looking for a vtec for it but I heard the wiring is a pain in the *** to do but Im not really sure yet just looking for opinions.

The integra ZC and the 88-91 ZC are 2 different engines. The integra engine will not bolt right in, the 88-91 will.

Alright thanks for clearing that up for me. I found one for like 800 bucks for the engine and trans and everything needed to do it with shipping included. Whatd do you think? Thats non VTEC for that they wants like 1400 but I heard Vtecs are a pain in the *** to wire.
