I just picked this car up for commuting. But to my suprise i think it has a swap in it. The stamp on the block is d15b. The valve cover doesnt say vtec but it does have an actuator on the passenger side of the head where the intake manifold bolts up but its not wired to anything. It's throttle body opening faces up. And it has a p2e ecu and from what ive read, is stock and wrong for that engine.
Also it wont rev passed 4500k, probably because the vtec isnt connected right?

Im looking for some advice on what i actually have here and where to go with this thing.

What is this and what ecu should i use
