Help.. Cheapest place to purchase HID kit (plug and play)

anyone know a site off the net that is reliable where i can purchase a PLUG and play VISIONS or phillips or anything plug and play that is GOOD and 4300K or 6000K

The current HID group buy by trevor in the GB section is top notch.

He has the 6000k Vision bulbs.
