Default Picture of oil pressure switch

Does anyone have a picture of an oil pressure switch (installed) from a base model or 4th gen vtec lude ?

I'm in the middle of a rebuild for my H22 and have been logging a bunch of photos of work-in-progress. I only have a couple at my place, the rest are on my dad's camera memory card. This was actually the cause of my severe oil leak (as you can see in the photo). This is the best photo I could find on my desktop. Hope this helps.

i know where it is but i need to see how it connects to the harness exactly. I think it may be alittle different that the SH but im not sure.

It's that single black wire with a ring terminal on the end of it if I remember right...hard to miss on the harness.

Im using the SH harness which looks like it different, i figure i could just put a ring connector on the wire but want to see a picture of how it actually connects.

Did you try looking at the Helms? The picture is relatively detailed on page 8-10.

mine leaks also, but not severly and i replaced it but it still leaks...did yours stop the leak after you replaced it?

so i guess all i have to do is find a ring connector that will fit it and cut the connector off the stock harness ? Anyone that maybe has done this or has more info please comment.

It looks like it should be a pretty simple affair replacing the connector at the end of the wire.

i have the switch out however the screw inside it just keeps spinning. I bought a new sensor however the screw doesnt come with it.

also it says use sealant.....what type of sealant do they recomend ??

i have the factory honda manual it says it on page 8-3 of that. It says use proper liquid sealant.

I'd lean towards Hondabond since it performs duty under similar conditions around the oil pan. Use it sparingly on the threads though.
