Default help! bumper broken

well i dont know how it broke, but both sides, where you screw to the fender, the bumper broke. so i have no way of using a nut and a bolt because the piece that the bolt goes through broke... i dont know if im making any sense. but anyone know a way i can fix this without getting a whole new bumper??

lets say [ ] thats part of the bumper where the bolt goes between, well the top piece broke off so its just a L J like that and the bumper can easily slip off even with a washer...
