problem: car cranks for up to 6 seconds then fires up.....

problem: car cranks for up to 6 seconds then fires up.....
and when it fires up, it doesn't seem to do all 4 cyl. at once... its like:
<turn key> wawawawawawawawawawawawawvrr...vrrr...vrroooooommm mm
plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, fuel filter, and fuel pump are all new.
