Default Ran Slower on Track than Before due to new mods???..please help!!!

Ok guys help me out with this cuz I am lost. my best time on the ¼ mile (for a guy that is barely learning how to launch) is 15.6. I had a 92-95 civic aem cold air on my em1 and a custom exhaust with two inch piping. Since then I slapped on an aem cold air fit for my car and replaced the muffler with and HKS Hi-Power. I went out to the track last week and my best time was 16.1. could it be b/c of the bigger intake size or my exhaust?? I know my other muffler(custom) was more free flow than the HKS.
I am just trying to figure out why I would go 0.5 seconds slower…THANKS GUYS!

Hmm, I don't think there will that drastic of a power loss with an intake and it'll have to be hotter than hell. Clutch holding up ok?

take the old intake to the track and see,

is there a stock tune? alot of times when you start adding more air into the motor the tune needs to be adjusted...

honda does a very good job of tuning there cars with ALL the stock parts...add stuff and it throws off the tune

This may or may not be the case but its been known to happin...

Did u change the tires @ all?
