GS-R heat shield with JDM Type-R 4-1 header?

GS-R heat shield with JDM Type-R 4-1 header?

Hey, I was wondering if the heat shield for the stock GS-R exhaust manifold will bolt up to the JDM Type-R 4-1 header. I'm going to a full 2.5 in exhaust system and I'm considering the OEM JDM header if the heat shield will bolt up. I haven't found a header with a 2.5 in collector that's CARB legal, so at least this way they'll think it's stock.
