Having issues fitting GSR leathers in the rear!

Having issues fitting GSR leathers in the rear!
92-95 coupe
the seats are out of a 4dr teggy
i got the top piece that folds down bolted up and fitted (easy 4 bolts)
the bottom is a pain to get it in but after i get it in the holes dont line up....but its not moving + iwas able to get the seat belt buckles in
2nd the 2 sides on the top part of seat dont fit worth a damn
anyone else run into this im sure its not just me.....and what did you do to fit the 2 side thingys?

k i guess a pic would help
the piece that i removed is the one i am having problems fitting
they are froma 4dr the bottom fits perfect and so does the top center piece
the 2 sides arent fitting
i know there was a guy who had the same problem but i cant find it and yes ive searched

No, that's hatches. The GSR "coupe" is actually a hatch, and has the 50/50 fold-downs. Coupes and sedans have the 60/40 fold.
