are you wanting rt4wd, or the stock d-series, or planning on sticking to the h/f tranny?? h/f tranny's are notorious for failure with lots of boost.

There have been plenty of successful h2d and f2d swaps, and i have heard a few rumors about h22 rt4wd...really not sure if the tranny would hold up or not.. would be fun nonetheless

BTW that is a pretty decent deal on the h22 though with turbo ....obd1 or obd2?? I have a wagon rt4wd and i would liek an f22 with teh h2d..think it would be a fun project and f22s are a dime a dozen (everyone wants h22s) but are torquey<spelling?>

IIRC, I've heard that the RT4WD tranny can hold up to about 200 hp semi-reliably--but that's all internet talk I've stumbled across, I don't know anyone with a built wagovan. The idea of a stock H22 with an h2d kit, in a 4WD wagovan sounds hot.

The idea of a turbo'd H22 in a 4WD wagovan sounds impossible, and the idea of a turbo'd H22 in a 2WD wagovan sounds more difficult than you're hoping for and ultimately pointless.

What is the goal of the build? Drag? Street? Show? Just Seeing The Looks On Their Faces When You Pop The Hood?

Peace

You can do alot better with $6k then throw it away on a car that wont work right. Like invest in your future.
But maybe with the power of YES everything will turn out ok.

First, c l a r i f y. Your posts are like a screen door. No punctuation whatsoever, anyone trying to help would need to weed out your 'true' message.
Lets try.

Did you just say that putting the money into schooling is a waste? I think that is what I decoded int that massive wad of crap that you called a post. Obviously you need to invest in some English classes.
