Drag Racing weekend in the Dominican Republic
Jerrold and I went to the Dominican Republic this weekend past to help out our good friends With the Installation and tuning of the Innovative Multi-Stage Boost Controller. Team Hernandez runs their B16 Turbo CRX in a class called "DM" which is very similar to our Sport FWD class in NHRA of America. We had a great time in the D.R. and look forward to returning next month to better our 1.50 60ft. and (the current standing quickest FWD in the D.R.) 10.99 elapsed time.

El Presidente FTW!! I was in the D.R. about 3 years ago, friendly people. Where is the track located? I would guess they like going fast down there seeing how the taxi drivers rip around.

The track was made out of and old air port strip in Santiago. You can go to you tube and check it out. If they wopuld prep the track area and keep people and live stock of the track it would not be a bad track. It just might be able to hold fast passes.
