I have a 90 hatch dx putting in a b18 92 integra ls engine in it with a 5 spd trans. I have the computer for it but now i heard i have to cut out some of the wires? is this true? is there a difference in the wires on the firewall of the civic to the computer of the integra engine?

yea it will work but u have to wire it up to multi-port.
