Default Exhaust heat wrap..

I just recently wrapped my exhaust with the heat wrap to keep heat reduction. After driving it for a short while, I noticed it's smoking a bit and has a burning smell. Maybe this is just like a break in period, and it might go away in a few days. Has anyone experience this with your heat wrap?

Yea it will smoke and smell for a while then it will go away. It freaked me out on my first drive with it, I thought my car was on fire.
