1997 Civic Hatchback Cx

I just swapped complete doors off a 2000 civic SI that comes with everything. I just bought a 97 ex floor harness with the knowledge that i wont be able to use power locks, i just didnt want to cut and splice if i got the 99-00 floor harness. Now when i plug the driver side 99-00 door harness to my floor harness the power window rolls up and down. Now for the passenger side when i plug the floor harness to it the window does not go up or down...I can roll the window down using the driver side controls either. I am at a loss right now. Bought the power window relay and put in three 20 amp fuses...I also have a white plug left over under the driver dash coming from the floor harness, does anyone know what its for and if that will affect the passenger side window not rolling up or down?

Edit-Can someone also help me put together my driver side door...

I need the following parts:

Driver side front channel
The Rubber Channel? i'm not sure what it is but its the black rubber stripping that goes inside of the doors...not the Weather strip for the door but the one where the window goes in and aligns with...

Heres a pic of the rubber part i am talking about...Mine door does not have it so when i roll my window down you could see the paint color of the door...

Also I cant seem to get the part number from honda. So if someone could help it would be greatly appreciated...
