The ABS lines will not bolt up. One of the hole will line up, but not the other. That's the only thing bolted to the LCAs. Just zip-tie it to the holes. That's what I did to mine. I check it occasionally, but everything is still fine. Haven't had to replace a zip-tie yet.
I think the sway bar will bolt up again. It's bolted to the subframe and it hangs above the LCAs. I had an aftermarket sway bar, so if that fits, the stock one should have no problem.

ok i went ahead and got a pair of LCA and bought the apexi suspension for the ITR. only question is the shock bolt going thru the LCA i can reuse the one off the LS?

and i tried test fitting the shock into the LCA...its a really tight fit, seems like i kinda have to open up the opening of the LCA for it to drop in...is that common? just making sure cuz i thought it would just kinda slide in...not sure could it be wrong LCA? but there isn't another LCA like the ITR right?

88-91 CRX HF. They have ITR LCAS. But they're all the same. Maybe someone over tightened your control arms and crushed them a bit. Just reopen the hole. Or let it be a tight fit. Tight is good.

Make sure you clock your bushings before you bolt everything down.
