i just wired up a 90-91 mt civic sedan cluster in my 89 crx dx. everything works fine except the tach. no movement at all. i used this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1986294 to help me with the wiring. how do i check if my tach wire is good and also check if the new cluster is to blame for it?

 

ok now im not sure which year its from, i know its from a civic sedan. can you tell me the diagram for this cluster? this is the one currentyly installed. i has a cruise control light, check engine, oil, brake, door, battery, trunk and seatbelt.
