88-89 cluster swap to a 90-91 cluster. please help!!
OK im putting a 90-91 si cluster in my 89 si crx from what i can find i just need to repin the colors to where they where on the 90-91 clips.. problem is the only cluster swap info and pinouts i can find ( the vti cluster swap info in the faq section) show that clip C (lil blue clip) only has one wire going to it . and on my 89 cluster i had 4 wires going to it and on my 90 91 clips has 5 wires to it.. i know this has to be a pretty common swap. some more info woudl help or exact pin outs of every wire.........

what i did was repin one of the clips on the dash harness of the 91.. there were 4 wires left over and if you look on the hazard switch thats wired directly to the fuse box there are the same 4 wires so i assume you connect those but on the hazard switch there are 2 extra wires a yellow and a green with a blue stripe anyone know what there for?

If you don't know, don't reply, too many people are ******* up easy stuff because of false info that's out there.
Here's a pic with each of the plugs on both the 88-89 and the 90-91. I've used this a couple of times and it works. The plugs are very easy to depin with a small screwdriver.

It's not mine, I got it on here a long time ago. I condensed all four pics and saved it because images tend to disappear. If anyone needs it in the future PM me, my webspace at school will disappear soon as I graduated recently.

Re: (ant$missShift)
are all the Ef's the same in color codes for those 2 plugs? I mean the hatchback, 4 door, wagon and CRX? If so then i made a chart as to what plugs go where if your going from a 88-89 cluster to a 90-91.
