Default Bang for the BUcks?

What should i do. My motor is ls vtec? Stock GSR head on B18B LS bottom.

Should I buy a set of ITR camshafts or buy a Hytech Replic Header?

Im debating on just running my GSR camshafts and put a Hytech replica on or buy the ITR camshaft and run a Megan or Ebay ITR replica header?

And last questions is on ECU. What should i do with a P28?

Chip the P28.
Crome? What is it? Is it just a program or a Chip too? I was reading some stuff on here and some people said its chip and some said its a like a program? Help clear it for me . ANd my last option is HONDATA S100.

Crome or the Hondata S100 with tuning will give you the most "bang for your buck". Both offer full programmability of your timing and fuel maps, VTEC engagement, and various other parameters.

From my understanding.. if im using a stock p28 ecu i have to get it chip first then i will be able to use with crome or hondata correct? and what is the estimation on that $200-$350? i dont want to get into something i dont know much about. for example i take it to a shop to get it tune then they got on adding stuff and stuff and next thing you know the cost will be way to high for me. so please break it down for me. i just dont want to pay for stuff i dont need.

again help me decide on camshafts or header?

Socketing is usually around $75. Crome is free with the exception of the chip~$10.
The S100 is $195. Tuning averages about $150-200 an hour. Expect to spend no more than 2 hours tuning.
Header and cams depend on budget and goals.
With stock LS pistons your compression is fairly low, so big cams would be overkill. A nice intake/header/exhaust combination will not hurt you. The JDM ITR header is not too pricey and will give you some nice gains.
