How do I get scraches off my car myself?
Hey I have a 99 Honda Civic EX and when I bought it, it had a couple of scraches on it and I want to learn how to do some body work my self can anyone help me out with some pointers?

yea uhmm the site had no info some guy asked a question about how to remove scratches but no one ever answered it

No, you sand it after you clear coat it, to de-nib it and get orange peel out (if any).

You dont need a sander, your hand can do that, but youll need to get the right grit sandpaper, you can use like 1500-2000, 2000 on the safe side since your new to it, get a good buffer, vector makes a decent 6 speed buffer, and get a rubbing compound, like the 3m rubbing compound.
