Default f22b2 valvetrain swap

what kind of power gain would i get if i swapped out my SOHC f22b2 valvetrain to a dual overhead cam. Also from what engine would i get this DOHC head from and what other misc. parts would i need for this to work.

I'm assuming you are talking about doing an entire head swap not just a valve train swap. H22 or F22B (JDM DOHC) will work. These are the most talked about head swaps for SOHC Accords. There are probably hundreds of threads about these kinds of head swaps in the search forum or check out the FAQ's.

Here is one from the H-T Accord FAQ's It's for an H22A1 head swap https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=776837

From what I remember reading about some guy in the Prelude forum... The F22 w/ H22 head was a pain in the ***, and he only did it because he boosted his lude, and kept goofing up the bottom ends and wanted to just keep buying $100 blocks.

I'd just swap in the complete H22...
