Default what all seals and gaskets do i need for a rebuild?

i have a d16y8 with vtec...i am in the process of having it rebuilt but i need to find out all the seals and gaskets that i need for the whole rebuild...thanks in advance...this is for the top and bottom end

Try calling your local Autozone. I use FelPro gaskets and never had much trouble and they are cheap Also, they include torque specs.

well id like to buy just a complete kit but here in findlay,ohio the people at autozone are dumbasses and act like they have no idea whats going on...so i was just going to get a list of all the seals and gaskets so im not missing any of them

you can order the honda kits online or go to your local honda dealership and get them there
