keep adding fluid and wait for the wee little crack to grow. you can have it welded....you just have to find somebody that can weld aluminum.

AS A TEMPORARY FIX.

First check exactly where its leaking from, let EVERY SINGLE OUNCE of fluid drain out of it. Make sure its bone dry. Take some brake cleaner and clean the **** out of the area where the crack is, then dry it off. Now get the 4 minute JBWELD, seal that bitch up and leave for as long as possible. Pour back in tranny fluid, check for leaks. This held up for me for a couple of months when i was broke. Best of luck.

This might be a permanent fix, though.

You could also use some silicone sealer. This stays pliable.

I've seen tons of pple JB Weld it - never followed up on how good it holds but it must have some backing to it.

Any decent welder can do it, I've done it. The weld isnt going to be load bearing. it will be to keep fluid from draining out.

I'd go with the JB weld IMHO.

or just buy a trans and use the case
