fuel pressure?
can someone tell me why i lose fuel pressure prime my pump and when i turn the car off quckey i lose fuel pressure or is that normal because i have warborl 255. but when the car is running its holding pressure somewhat. i also have a aem regulater and a b&m fuel gauge. no thare is no fuel leak
what i ment to say my fuel pressure is set at 42 psi and that on a fuel tank of fuel but when it get down to a half of a tank or below the needle goes to 36to about 45 psi.
im guessing by you telling me that the gauge moves when you have a half tank that it is mounted inside of your ef..it is not a problem and don't worry about it because it will change with your driving..like when your cruising under part throttle your psi will be higher then where you are at full throttle at high rpms ...when you have more fuel in your tank your fuel pump will not have to work as hard because ..... your pump's feed sock is in the bottom of your tank so when you have a full tank your the fuel's weight will put more pressures on you fuel pump making it more efficient...get back to me if you still have doubt's
