I have a d16y8 and i installed a MSD 6A ignition on my car about three days ago. This past two days it seems that when i give it gas it "misses" and sounds like a little backfire. I am not throwing any codes. I do not have a MSD cap or rotor or external coil. Just the msd ignition system.Its not doing it all the time either. Wanted to know whats going on?

 

Nevermind, the msd is creating a backfire because i am running rich. But thanks anyway.
