Default 97mm crank storker kit???

I was wondering who had tried or herd anything about the BC 97mm stroker kit. It's a r/s ratio of 1.57?

How much can you over bore the f20c's cylinders before sleeving is needed?

This is for a track car

Thanks

BC as in Brian Crower? Haven't heard very many good things about him lately.

Bore: 88mm for FI, 89mm for N/A

I'm NA but planning on 12:1 comp and this is a race motor (front wheel drive in a 2000 civic coupe SI using a RSX type s trany with a 5.06:1 FD)

What should I know about Brian Crower. The crnak is the most important Cause I can get the long rods and shorter ch pistons done elswhere!!!

Thanks

Do you have a working version of the F20C/RSX tranny combo? If so, I'd like to see it.

There's been a lot of complaints about Brian Crower work, mainly with not making deadlines. As far as parts go, I haven't heard any good about his cams either. I mean, the quality is there, as least with the examples I've seen, but the possible delays make me gun-shy.

So let's see, 89mm x 97mm should add up to quite the beast. Post pictures of your project if you could, I'm sure I'm not the only one that would like to see it.

BTW, are all the K-series heads giving you **** about using a supposedly "inferior" motor, without the VTC/iVTEC and all.

This is a November to Febuary project that will happen.

Honestly, i don't know which head is better. Spoon just put the F20c's 84mm crank in a k20a and made crazy power till 11000rpm. So Ivtec or f20c's head flow????

November is my birthmonth, so you can show me pictures of that as a present.

Headflow is negligible unless you're going to slap a stock head on a race block. You can always work one to flow better than the other, in any case.

Link to the K20 with F20 crank?
