Default skunk2 sleeves and tokico blues

has anyone ran that set up before on there teg? specifically a dc... i have the tokicos already, but im picking up some skunks today..

any input would be great! thanks guys

I had a similar set up on a 95 civic coupe, i never had any complaints. Switched out for JDM Sustec coilovers though, much better.

Those shocks are basically OEM replacements and not meant to handle much of a drop at all and not very stiff rates... I have Illuminas and Skunk2s but the Illuminas are much stiffer, I won't be surprised if you'll be bottoming out on Blues all the time.

thanks for the replies guys...

yeah ive had the blues on my car for some time now...prolly for bout 7k and no leaks or so forth...even when i was dropped on my *****...

but i hear mixed things about blues...some say they are replacements, while others say they are way better....????

the skunks are just for now...saving up for some function form, or teins....

it doesnt matter what people say. the company, tokico, says they are oem replacements. id listen to them.

yeah there really not worth the money if your trying to lower your car and make it handle better... get yourself a set of kyb agx and eibach springs and youll be a happy camper... and then get an alignment

yeah for the time being... after a couple of thousand miles and you wont be saying the same thing... just invest in the stiffer shock/spring combo... instead of doing it twice, buy the better product and do it once right
