Default S200 help

bought my car with a hondata s200 unit installed. It runs fine, but it seems to be going very rich with Vtec. And the fuel mileage really sucks. (like 17/22 mpg city/highway) I would like to tune it or at least see what its doing right now.
I know that there is a specific cable required to hook it up to a laptop, but I don't have it. Whats the required cable?
And how would I export the Map settings to edit?

Its a ODB1 B16A w/Vtec. Installed in a 93 Civic SI
The car is my daily driver so I really want some better fuel economy.

With an S200 you have to reburn the chip to make changes.
