What are the best gears to use in a B series hydro tranny for drag racing?

What LSD is better for drag, Quaife or ATS?

I'm boosted and I use a y21 with a Mugen 1.5way LSD that is set with a high initial torque setting (locks quick and holds hard). I have run much quicker 60ft and 1/8 mile times with the Y21 tranny as opposed to using my old S80 GSR tranny.

 

EM tranny is nice, closest gear ratio, LSD's suck, get a spool and get off da street!

 

Spool's are awesome if all of your turns are done below 10mph. The majority of us drive street cars that have to negotiate turns when we are not draggin' at the weekend race events so calm down! I like clutch LSD's because they are very adjustable!

 

Shiet, even at 10mph the spools are bitch to turn. Not recomened for the street in my opinion.

Man could you imagine, a damn inner would last 50 miles if that on the street before **** would bust, it would be fun doing burnout's though.Cable s1 trans with quaife, and 4.60 final would kick *** all motor or turbo with 28's and lots of power, Jason
