help with 2000 gsr
so i went to get my car tunned and i was very disappointed what could be wrong? It has hondata s200, hitech replica header, full catback, itr pistons, high compression valves & springs skunk2 manifold 310 rc injectors,skunk2 cam gears, crower stage 2 camshafts and a aem short ran intake witch suck’s after they changed it for one of theres I went up 10 horses to 191.3 and 130.2 tq and with out it it was 181.3 and 120.1 tq.
Now wen it reaches vtec it takes forever to go up and wen I switch gears the needle stays in one place like it boges out!!… do you guys think it might be the vtec cylinoids inside the head? Please anything would help

damn this is real tough actually first off if you have tried to tune the hondata yourself you may have jacked up the fuel curves and may be running it way too rich with the 310 injectors you could be flooding the motor. but if i had to guess i would definitely say it was a fuel rich problem this might require taking it to the tuner again and checking fuel and timing curves. and why not shell out an extra fifty bones on a Fuel/Air gauge it probably the greatest tool you can have to help maintain performance.
well i just took him the car with a balnk p28 and the s200 he took a while on the car about 2 hours or less, the car stared at 130.2 hp and he got it up-to 191 with a better intake.
but hopefully that's what it is cuz it did the same problem befor getting it tunned. up tp how many miles do the vtec cylinoids work, or what's the mileage that they should be changed?
