I recently totaled my GSR. I almost cried because it was one of the cleanest 96 GSR's I've seen. I bought the car a little over two months ago with 114,759 miles on it. It was stored every winter for it's entire life and it showed. The motor and trans currently have 118,000 on them. Both run flawlessly. The accident was very minor. I was only moving 5 mph and the person that hit me was doing about 25. Hit me almost head on, I was slightly turned to the left. Motor and tranny were untouched after the accident. The only thing that was damaged was the power steering system. (will show in pics) Tranny is smooth, no grinds. Clutch still grabs but is about 50% worn. The only mods ever done to the motor and trans were a short ram intake. Lower airbox was still in use. Oil was changed every 2,000 miles by me and previous owner. When I bought it I replaced the fuel filter, plugs, changed the oil, checked the timimg belt etc. All the preventative maintenace possible. Car has been babied as all dc2's should be.

I would like to get the car fixed but it will cost too much to repair the frame. I love the unibody frames but they suck when you mess em up.

Asking 2,000 for everything you need for motor and trans.
All other parts on the car are intact. If you need other parts contact me.
(no headlights, taillights, ambers, front bumper, muffler or A/C radiator.)

he hasnt been on honda tech but he sold the full swap but he still has other parts of the car just pm him to see all what he has... hes my friend and i was htere when he sold it.

 

is there anyway i can pick up the whole chassis....

i need a ton of nuts and bolts for mine...
