For a b16a3 I would only pay 2500 for it. For 3000 you can get a used first generation gsr motor. 160hp for 3000 vs. 178hp for 3000. It's up to you, mang.

Hmm.. well with only 27000 miles on it... doesnt seem that bad.. a lil on the high side, but i'm pretty sure you can knock off one or two 100's off there.

I bought my 2000 SI swap for $2500, engine, tranny, ecu, harness, axles, shift linkage. Only had 46,000 miles on it. So $3000 doesnt sound too bad with the low miles and all, does it come with everything or just motor and tranny?

I got mine with everything including tranny, mounts, axels, ecu, the stock strut tower bar and a typhoon intake system for 2500 with 30,000.lots of people told me to get a gsr for the same money but I wanted a super reliable engine that I was 1000% sure of.I got a carfax with all the service and oil changes done at the local dealer and had the guy go to a lawyer with me for a bill of sale.I pulled the engine myself and drove it before I took it.I would've paid 3000 for that kind of peace of mind,I love my motor.good luck

RIP OFF !!!!! im selling my JDM B18c gsr COMPLETE swap for $3000 and i bet u it that its in much better condition and guarantee that it pulls much harder. I pampered that thing and inside when I took off the head everything still looked new. U could find a b16 for less than that without sacrificing quality.

my motor

You can't determine what kind of times he's gonna run without knowing what kind of car he drives. Yes, a stock 00 Si runs mid to high 15's but if you put the motor in the right car it's capable of a lot more. For instance a b16a2 in an ej6 is good for at least high 14's. Anyways, I payed 1,100 dollars for a a complete swap out of a totalled Si, Just be patient and you'll come across a better deal.

haha for stock nope, 16s is what you gonna be with the si. okay so you sawp, it's gonna have alot of problem. look at my friend crx with a b16. 15.2, that **** die on the freeway. while my car was running. haha. hehe. after you put everything. if you do it yourself or play someone to do it. i don't trust them. it's just to much of a problem. beside a d16turbo still kill it. swaping over on a hatch. put a d16z6 on a hatch. high 13s without slick. what now...
