I dont know why, but it looks like this axle is too short. Its on the passenger side where the tranny is and the axle does not want to stay in.

make sure there is a clip ring around the shaft of the inner axle. the only way it is short is if they gave you the wrong axle. all b-series trannies/axles are the same.
