I have a stock 95 sol AT.
It's my daily, and I was thinking bout selling it, and leasing something new. But changed my mind I like paying $800/year ins. plus it's a great car.

I want to make it presentable though. It is blk/blk. Too much work to keep clean.
I'm thinking bout going white. Any one know how much trouble this is to do in nyc, as far a dmv goes?

I will be dropping the car slightly with tein h's coupled with kyb agx's. What size rim would yall recommend?

What color rims? I'm thinking about white

Curious what is this other red light I see on the rear of some cars here?

 

White is an awesome color for a Sol 15"s or 16" are perfect 17"s are too big IMO.

Color is up to you dont rely on the bandwagon jumping people of Honda-Tech to tell you what you like. Buy what you like. Gold, White and of course polished all look great with white.

I can't decide wether to take the wing off, replace it, or keep it. Any benefits of not having the wing?

 

Not really a problem to take the wing off if your getting it repainted anyways.

i dont get it, why would it be a problem to paint it white? as far as dmv goes. and im in new york as well

id say keep it black as long as its in good conditon. becuase a fresh *** black car looks too damn good. 15's or 16's max on a del sol, anything bigger looks awkward and definitly do suspension before rims, the other way around looks awkward as well.

 

Only because the Dmv of NY is like a Three Headed Dog from Hell.
I was just there today for something simple, and walked out with out getting it resolved.
I don't know what the procedure is when you do a color change, but i'm sure they will make it a nightmare. Prolly.

I'd go with 16's max on wheel size, but who's your insurance company? I'm getting dogged on my sol, $1200 1/2year!
