Ok, I have wanted one for a long time and I did buy one with a swap from Cali which was absolute junk. So, I am sort of on the quest to find a clean one I can build for an auto-x car, maybe?

I am quite **** about cars and was wondering if interior panels, trim, carpet etc was still available for these cars from the dealer or not?

If not, that would make it hard to replace cracked, worn or wearing out interior panels or restore the interior of the car....

Anyways, I would appreciate any advice. The cars that seem in good shape are going for way more than I want to spend. I know thats how life goes, but I could find the right one and build it slowly

Not to rain on your parade but.....just because it shows up on parts deals doesn't mean it's still available. The seat covers sold out in the late nineties and the last of seat foam sold out a couple of years ago. Try to buy the cargo cover.....it may let you order it but shortly you'll get an email that says it's on backorder (permanent backorder). Sadly OEM CRX interior and trim parts are limited to what dealers have in inventory. They aren't making any more new......

 

I sank about 4 grand into my black 1990 CRX Si in March of this year, in July my oldest son got t-boned in it. Engine still strong, transmission rebuilt by local performance shop to better than new, major engine service. I got one of the last Factory sunroofs in the country, and it's in the car and works fine. My interior is all there, down to the original CRX floormats, not all parts are perfect but many are in excellent shape. I'm trying to give all the CRX fanatics out there first shot at the parts before I go the e-bay route.
