Default OT: My new OMP Tourismo Helmet

Going for some lapping & track school on Saturday. My OMP Tourismo Helmet arrived just in time.

Props to Frank at Driver's Edge Autosport in BC, Canada.

That helmet looks nice, but the viewing area looks rather narrow, how is it when you put it on?

The visor can be adjusted up or down to one's likely.

Visability isn't a problem.

I had it in a slammed down position, my GF snapped a pic and we both laughing afterwards because I looked like Storm Trooper.

Your pretty brave for buying a helmet you've never tried on. I was contemplating about buying the exact helmet but I have to try it on first.

PS - Is it difficult to put your glasses on with the helmet?

Thanks.

I love how helmets give you that Cabbage Patch kids look. Smile with your helmet on and you'll see what I mean

Damn, me and my narrow vision OMP helmet. Wish I could have gotten the wide port one, but they had none in stock and I needed it ASAP

Nice. So what size is that and how much? I only have a HJC M rated helmet for autox but I would like to get a SA rated helmet for the road courses. Arai helmets are so damn expensive...

Cost was $599 CDN + 7% tax + shipping.

It's a nice fitting helmet.

Definately a risk to order. Got my GF to measure my head with a tape measure and got whatever size the measurement fell into, in my case Large. As for the color, all North American SA type helmets only come in white. White matches my car anyways.
