Corrosion Control Device????
Does any one know what a corrosion control device made by Autosaver inc. do?
Theirs this weird plug in type harness located under my steering column and theirs wires (about 4 or 5) hooked up to a relay, one day when i was trying to start my car ( car still having problems) and say those wires and i figured it was nothing so i took out a red wire and the car wouldnt start so i hooked back up and it was okay but my car dosent seem to start now and im not to sure if that wiring and that relay has anything to do with the ignition because i tried starting my car and seem to not have any spark....(I know the device has something to do with the paint and all but is it hooked up to anything major like ignition components or power???)

Big scam, its a box that is supposed to keep your car constantly electrified with a really small current to keep rust from forming.
They don't work at all, especially up North where salt is thrown on the roads like its going out of style. I think the last time I saw one in a store, it was about $300.

Holy cow. A company is selling a product like that is still in business? I'm all against frivilous lawsuits, but these guys are putting a big bullseye on their head and asking for it...
"The Auto Saver System provides an artificial barrier of electrons to restore the electrical imbalance that occurs at potential rust sites. These electrons build up those areas where the metal has been exposed to the elements and inhibits the rate at which the rust will naturally occur."
