i was wondering what everyone was using to cut ther collector angles?

Bandsaw and a custom jig I fabbed to precisely locate and turn the pipe exactly 90degrees.

I havent found one cheap enough for my taste (you know 98% off retail) yet give me some time Im sure Ill be able to hogswoggle, horse trade, bullshit my way for a fixe axis machine for less than 10k.
