Default when car heats up...

ok so when my car / tranny heats up or is run for a lil bit and i take it out of gear and stop then go to put it into 1st it feels so damn stiff trying to get it into gear it dosnt grind or ne thing its just so hard to get into 1sr gear when my car is warm. anyone know whats wrong? and its a 94 civic stock.

change the fluid and see if that helps..

Sounds sort of like the problem my brother had with his Integra. It was difficult to put it into gear and finally...it just wouldn't. Turns out he needed a new clutch. But his car had 130,000 on odo, so he may have just needed one anyway.

ya and that isnt much of a DIY is it?

i dont think i need one cuz when i got the car the old owner said he just put a new clutch in.
