It's the other way around. OS is the bigger company. They specialize in clutches, gears, and other tranny components.

ATS FD, as well as the Cusco 5.0 FD are made by OS.

And the cost of all of the associated parts...JDM FD requires ~8-10 parts, it's just not the ring gear...

What Austin just said is very true...you will need a collar, 2 collar bearings, which may run you for another 50-100 bucks

plus (from the top of my head), 48000yen = ring gear ONLY because it is designed to work with the 98spec ITR countershaft, which you will have to buy separately

Support A&J, IPS, and R&D and buy ATS.
