Went out to the track this past weekend for some sport compact/street car races. Had the car retuned by Danny @ JD Racing (which had the record, is a good friend of mine, and is also my sponsor) we made 508Whp and 376Wtq @ 22psi on a custom built t3/t4 by innovative.
Just got the bugs worked out of the transmission so I didn't know what to expect for a time. Heres how the slip goes.

1.767---60ft
4.766---330ft
102.51--Mid Mph
7.164---660ft
9.166---990ft
132.36--Mph
10.930--ET

Not bad for the first weekend with this new transmission (B16, had a frankenstien LS with 3rd and 4th GSR gearing) this is also a track that barely sees fwd cars that have power so there is tipically only traction compound for the first 660, they put some down but not enough.
Now it's time to figure out if I want to turn the car into a track car or try to drive a street car with a cage, and this retarded grabby tilton twin. I hate the thought of having a cage in the car all the time but with what it is running now, I'm going to need one..

thats not bad at all my buddys gsr last year went 10.78 with 500 something whp his h-t name is fmfkid250...... as for my car i just went 11.04 at 126 with a stock b16 bottomend powered by a gt35r puttin down 407 at 15psi....... got any pics of the car

Full street trim only thing missing was the spare tire, even kept some of the kids junk on the floor

 

something isnt right with that tune.. or that engine. youll see what i mean at the 27 second mark in that vid, it looked like a nitrous backfire or something..

nice time though..

 

That was me shifting with my foot to the floor on the gas, full throttle shifting wasn't setup up yet so it would load up with fuel and back fire.
