B18 GS swap to B16 Vtec Head

My friend has a 97 Integra GS and wants to put either a B16 or B18 Vtec head on it. He is not actually sure how to do this, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

well ill be nice and not bash u for saying "vtech" when its vtec. since you guys cant even figure out the name of the engine, take it to a shop

its VTEC btw, and there isnt such thing as b18 vtech head is there? but search, it will give u more information on what to do rather than reading my sloppy as typing, GL.
