Search search search.

Your search for dsm turbo returned 12 results.

Your search for what do i need with turbo returned 742 results

Depending on the gen, it will be a 14b for 1g stick, 13g for auto, and T-25 for any 2g. All are pretty small turbos. You will need injectors from the DSM. Look up the HF turbo manifold for one. You'll need to at least have a custom downpipe made, you can run stock exhaust from there back, but it will choke up.

I'm pretty sure Accords like most other later Honda's have saturated injectors which will require a resistor box for the DSM peak and holds.

For management, a FMU might suit you. Alot of people frown on them, but a DSM turbo is efficient only up to about ~12 psi, anything more is blowing hot air. The FMU will be "ok" with a small, low boost turbo.

If you have the money, a chipped ECU with a program such as crome, Hondata, or uberdata will be a better choice.

That should cover most of it, other peope will chime in too. But don't stop searching

Oh yeah, you can use a DSM SMIC with some fab, or buy an eBay intercooler kit.

you cant use the dsm manifold because you do not have an f22a and your exhaust ports are different.

piece together your own setup, i saved $2k by getting my own setup together. but thats just for the kit. that don't include the electronics / tuning software or the turbo hardware.

doesnt matter if its vtec or non vtec. the f22b1 (sohc vtec) or f22b2 (sohc non vtec) will not work with that dsm manifold. the f22a found in the 4th gens, the jdm f22b dohc non vtec, and the h23 dohc non vtec found in SI preludes have the correct pattern to accept the dsm manifold.

as for the OP: id say just get a t3/t4 or something. mine works great. garrett t3/t04e 60 trim at 11psi. you definitely need an "ecu tune" when you turbo your car too.

There are many other brands if you want to get a turbo kit.

Look in the classifieds, you'll see AFI and Peakboost kits go relatively cheap. The thing is they come with a FMU, you would have to be on your own to choose a program and tuner
