Sucks...hate to hear it for you. Guess the lesson to be learned is triple check everything after any modifications before we start hauling ***** showing off.

True, not only was that a danger to him, but other's on the road as well
this is exactly why i have had a 60 horsepower hf motor for almost a year, i want fully new brakes and suspension before anything fast in swapped into my car.
sorry to see this, hope you dont have any long term health issues from it.
stress test your brakes in a large empty parking lot next time.

Hate to say it , but I agree with mantis on this one... it may not be comfortable, but seatbelts save lives... and in your case probably could have saved you the head ache!!!
Oh well, we're all glad to see that you're still alive
However, it saddens me to see another EF go to waste!!!
Better luck next time...

first you don't check the brakes, then you don't use spellcheck.

Id like to know what kind of swap it was, and what happened to your brakes?

down the drain..reminds me of a story...Seatbelt story.
a friend with an lsvtec swap, in an 89 crx. full kitted (back in the days) car was demon dropped. low front, back high, only cause his rear coils was mess up, so stocks in the rear. drving on the highway at 60-70mph. the guy usually doesnt wear his seatbelt/harness. that day..he thought i needa wear my seatbelt. driving on the freeway. he loss control of his crx hitting a pothole with a bouncy *** car
ate the damn wall to the right. his whole engine was inside his car. and his legs was crushed (today hes fine) he said to himself, if he didnt wear his harness that day, he wouldnt have been here today, so his car sat at my house for awhile til everything was parted out.as stated above, lets all TRIPLE check everything before we go out/showoff/cruise/etc.
and dudes! wear your seatbelt. glad you are alright
