were probably gonna need a few more details??????? year of car, year of motor, any cel's, do you have a cat and muffler.

96 ek hatch swapped 95-98 b18c no cat with hondata ecu and intake exhaust and headers

I don't think you'll pass the sniffer test.

If you're not throwing any CEL's,and the engine is the same OBD as the vehicle, it MIGHT.

Check out http://www.carolinahondas.com and http://www.importsnc.com. Some folks there are state inspectors.

sucks for u. better go find a cheap cat to put on be4 inspections. i live at the border but in sc. no inspections here

yea. importsnc look up suprakhmer336 he knows a guy that inspects see if you cant get in touch with him.
