First time poster on Honda-Tech.com. I'm coming over from the NICO (Infiniti) boards to help my daughter out with a couple of problems with her 99 accord LX. I've done quite a few searches and wanted to verify what I think I've read before I go buy parts.

The turn signals stopped working and don't operate with the car running. They work when using them as hazard lights, so I know the bulbs are good, but not when using the turn signal lever while driving. All the engine compartment fuses are good. Is there a turn signal relay or flasher relay (under the steering wheel?) that's gone bad and needs replacement?

Her second issue is with the passenger rear door lock. It doesn't open or close with the key, remote or door lock button. I think this problem is the power door lock actuator. What gets replaced- actuator or motor or both?

Finally- Is there a good service manual available and where can I get one? I've got two 6th gens, a 99 and 02, so I get a 2 for 1 buying just one manual. Thanks in advance for your input.
