Default crazy idle someone help

i recently did a y8 IM swap on my y7, and now my idle is off.
the swap went well and it idles fine at times. my problem is that when i drive around town my idle begins to bounce up to 2k and back down a couple of times and then goes to regular idle. i have checked my connections for possible leaks and everything seems fine. someone please help me. i don't want my motor to be retarded.

What year car? sounds to me like a iacv problem. Are you aware of the iacv fix:

also what ecu are you running?

my car is a 99 lx non vtec. i got a 96 auto vtec manifold so the 3 wire iacv is a direct swap. i kept my y7 tb and swaped the y8 rotor on it.
no cel.
i am running the stock computer. but i recently bought a p06 ecu for the turbo install coming in a few weeks.

Are you sure the TPS is good? Or that it doesn't need adjustment?
